St Patrick’s Day 2021

Lockdown hasn’t stopped Headford Yarnbombers who have been busy preparing for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day! We hope you can enjoy a spin into Headford to check out these little guys who have just installed themselves (let’s hope they have brought some gold with them.

Christmas 2018

Headford Yarnbombers were busy with christmas wreaths raising some much needed funds for the decoration of our wonderful town! And they did not dissapoint! Impossible to drive through the town without a smile at our wonderful santa hats and belts at Monaghan’s and Campbell’s Tavern, Cloughanover. Yarnbombing reminds us to stop and think about a community that is quietly weaving a beautiful fabric to protect and instil a spirit of belonging in this small rural town of ours.IMG_9626

Headfest 2018

This year the Headford Yarnbombers set about making mandalas for Headfest.  The event was on a glorious sun shining June bank holiday weekend.   The town was so bright and colourful with mandalas installed on every house on the main street! Yarnbombers also installed mandalas in the Big Red Barn…Photos to follow
