“Granny and Me” was an intergenerational art and storytelling project facilitated by Nancy Keady and Bríd Durkan as part of Culture Night 2017. In a crochet workshop participants were shown how to crochet a Granny Square. They were also invited to share a treasured story about their favourite granny. The crocheted squares and stories became part of an exhibition featured at the Headford Library. A big thank you to all who came and participated, particularly all our wonderful grannies and grandchildren.
